Hortons Investments LLC (herein referred to as "I", "HILLC", "BK Forex Academy" “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hortons Investments LLC and Brian and Kenya Horton as identified in online commerce shopping cart.

We agree to provide Program, "BK Forex Academy" (herein referred to as "Program) identified in the online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program. Hortons Investments LLC offers this website, including all information, program, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. You the user acknowledge that I nor HILL is responsible for any losses, damages or emotional trauma caused by any of the information, recommendations, investment strategies, predictions, products or services on or associated with the site ( HILLC ).

2. HILLC does not offer individual personalized investment advice, investment supervisory or money management services. We do not monitor individual user's investment portfolio. Our site and services ( paid and free ) are designed solely to provide education that will help users to identify and evaluate potential trading opportunities, market analysis, and other related information. Your decision to place a trade or investment is solely based on your knowledge of the market and risk appetite, each user hereby agrees that use of HILLC or any Service offered is not a substitute for ongoing individual personalized advice from an investment professional of the user’s choosing.

Due to a number of factors, including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, News, Weather, and other similar factors, such position, or recommendation may only be valid for a specific moment in time (day, hour, minute or second of the tape). Thus, each user hereby agrees to independently evaluate and determine whether to act upon any such information. HILLC, it's services and products may contain a "model portfolio" this portfolio may have been developed based upon a specific or many specific investment strategies but not developed for any users financial situation. User's actual results may differ substantially from that of the "model portfolio" and stated investment strategies.

7.Neither HILLC nor any of its owners, employees, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors or affiliates are registered as an investment adviser. Rather HILLC and its affiliates rely upon the “publisher’s exclusion” from the definition of “investment adviser” as provided under Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and corresponding state securities laws. SUBSCRIPTION FEES, CHARGES AND PURCHASES

An initial fee, charge and/or purchase may be required to join BK Forex Academy or for any of our courses, services, and training. As a subscriber, you agree to pay and authorize automatic, recurring, billing of the subscription fee by any available payment methods, until cancelled. If you cancel your subscription, access to BK Forex Academy and its products, services, and private groups are immediately revoked. Any necessary automatic, recurring, billing of the monthly subscription fee is not refundable and will not be prorated. As a subscriber or lifetime member, You authorize HILLC/BK Forex Academy to initiate debit entries from the account provided and for the subscription fee, as well as any other purchases made on the Site. Request for BK Forex Academy subscription service cancellation must be received via email at [email protected] 48 hours before subscription due date.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There is a ZERO refund policy.

I understand that refunds are not available and that I am committing to this program: BK Forex Academy. I may request cancellation anytime and must send a request via email to [email protected]. If I take a one on one program, I understand there are no refunds and absolutely NO exceptions.

VIRTUAL MEETINGS

When attending zoom, discord, or other virtual meetings, your account must display the same legal name that was used during sign up, and your legal name must be used inside of BK Forex Academy on the account profile. You will keep your username and password a secret and will not share an account with anyone else. Suspicious names and phone numbers displayed on profiles will not be permitted in the academy or inside of virtual meetings. If your legal name is not displayed in the academy or on your zoom, discord, or other communications account when attending meetings, BK Forex Academy may investigate any complaints and violations that come to its attention and may take any (or no) action that it believes is appropriate, including, but not limited to issuing warnings, removing or blocking suspicious accounts inside of virtual meetings, or terminating accounts and/or User profiles from the academy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
